St. Joseph's Altar 2012
The ultimate purpose of the altar is generosity. NOVENA PRAYER IN HONOR OF SAINT JOSEPH O just and holy Joseph! Your purity and innocence delight the faithful and show us the way to the angelic life and the royal road to heaven. Glory to the One who consecrated you as our Patron and Helper. V. Saint Joseph, spouse of the Virgin Mary. R. Intercede for the salvation of our souls. Let us pray: Father you gave our Savior and His Holy Mother into the care of Saint Joseph. Grant the grace of his prayers to all who invoke his help. We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Easter Egg Hunt 2012
After the 9 am and 11 am Masses on Easter Sunday, our Knights of Columbus and Squires hid Easter eggs for the children.
Easter Vigil
This year at our Easter Vigil Mass, we had 6 Catechumens (those to be Baptized and brought into the Faith) and 6 Candidates (those to Recieve the Sacrament of Confirmation). The Mass, the Mother of all Liturgies, began outside with the Blessing of the Fire, then the Liturgy of the Word, then the Sacramental Rites and then the Liturgy of Communion. It was a beautiful! Congrats to all our new Catholics and newly Confirmed Catholics!
